Con los fondos que de conformidad con el contrato de 31 de agosto último celebrado entre la Nación y el Departamento de Antioquia, deberá entregar éste para la construcción de la carretera al mar en el sector Cañas gordas-Dabeiba, ábrese a la Ley de Apropiaciones de la vigencia en curso el siguiente crédito adicional que quedará en vigor hasta que se cumpla el objeto a que está destinado:
