A partir del vencimiento del plazo señalado en el artículo 2º del presente Decreto, el Inurbe no podrá realizar ninguna actividad con respecto a los activos y pasivos transferidos a la Unidad en cumplimiento de la Ley 281 de 1996, salvo lo señalado por el artículo 11 del Decreto 1565 de 1996, previo concepto del Director de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Liquidadora de Asuntos del Instituto de Crédito Territorial.
