º Las empresas de transporte de radio de acción urbana y veredal podrán realizar viajes ocasionales y despachos adicionales sin necesidad de autorización del Instituto Nacional del Transporte, Intra. Los alcaldes municipales podrán requerir a las empresas mencionadas la realización de viajes ocasionales y despachos adicionales si así lo exige el debido transporte de los electores.
