º. Las Bolsas de Valores son establecimientos mercantiles cuyos miembros se dedican a la negociación de toda clase de valores y de má s bienes susceptibles de este género de comercio, en los términos del presente Decreto. El Superintendente Bancario ejercerá la inspección y vigilancia de las Bolsas de Valores en la forma y términos previstos por este Decreto; por Ia Ley 45 de 1923 y demás leyes que la adicionan y reforman.
