La Nación contribuirá con la suma de cien mil pesos para construcción y dotación del Hospital de Mocoa (Comisaría del Putumayo), y cincuenta mil pesos para construcción y dotación para cada uno de los Centros de Salud en Villa Garzón, Puerto Caicedo, Puerto Asís y Puerto Leguizazo en la mencionada Comisaría.
