De la vigencia. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga los Decretos 1577 y 2787 de 1979; 2854 de 1984; 862 de 1985; 1297 de 1987 y los artículos 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 y 7 del Decreto 2712 de 1988 y demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
