El Artículo 171 de la Constitución Política quedará así:

Todos los ciudadanos eligen directamente Presidente de la República, Senadores, Representantes, Diputados, Consejeros, Intendenciales y Comisariales, Alcaldes y Concejales Municipales y del Distrito Especial.
