En el año de 1935 las Asambleas Departamentales pasaran a la Corte Suprema de Justicia y al Ministerio de Gobierno, respectivamente, las ternas para Magistrados de los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial y para Fiscales de los Tribunales y Juzgados Superiores, en los primeros diez días del mes de junio, y harán la elección de Senadores en los primeros quince días del mismo mes.

La Corte Suprema de Justicia hará la elección de los Magistrados en los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial en la última quincena del mes de junio.

El Gobierno elegirá Fiscales de los Tribunales y de los Juzgados Superiores en la última quincena del mes de junio.
