Desaparecidos en misiones del servicios. Al Agente de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo que desapareciere en misión del servido o en mantenimiento del orden público sin que se vuelva a tener noticias de él durante treinta (30) días, se le tendrá como provisionalmente desaparecido para los fines determinados en este Capítulo, declaración que harán las respectivas autoridades previa la investigación correspondiente, de conformidad con reglamentación que expida el Gobierno.
