Improcedencia de incidentes. En el proceso único de policía no se admitirán incidentes procesales. Cualquier solicitud atinente al proceso será resuelta por parte de la autoridad competente de preferencia en audiencia y se resolverán de plano. En las querellas, las solicitudes se resolverán de ser necesario, previo traslado a las partes. El referido traslado se realizará en audiencia y se entenderá surtido, aunque la parte a quien se le deba correr no asista.
