La Asamblea General de Afiliados podrá sesionar válidamente y adoptar decisiones con el quórum que los estatutos indiquen. En silencio de éstos, se requerirá el 25% de los afiliados hábiles. Transcurridos 60 minutos contados a partir de la hora fijada para la reunión, si no se logra formar quórum para deliberar, la Asamblea sesionará válidamente y podrá adoptar decisiones con cualquier número de afiliados hábiles presentes.
