ARTICULO 1 º . Apruébase la Resolución número 01 de 1994 de la Asamblea General de Accionistas de La Previsora S. A., Compañía de Seguros, por la cual se adopta una reforma estatutaria, verificada en su sesión del 25 de marzo de 1994, según consta en el Acta número 40, de esa fecha, cuyo texto es el siguiente: RESOLUCION NUMERO 01 DE 1994 por la cual se adopta una reforma estatutaria. La Asamblea General de Accionistas de La Previsora S.A., Compañía de Seguros, en ejercicio de la facultad consagrada en el literal g) del artículo 34 de los estatutos, RESUELVE:
