Art. 1º. La cuantía de las pensiones que se han concedido á descendientes de próceres y militares de la Independencia, y que se pagan en moneda nacional, queda aumentada en la proporción de uno á veinte y este aumento se hará efectivo desde la sanción de la presente Ley.
