La barra organizada de aficionados debidamente inscrita ante su club, tendrá derecho a participar en las comisiones locales de seguridad, comodidad y convivencia en el fútbol según lo previsto en la Ley 1270 de 2009, a través de su delegado debidamente acreditado.
