º. Intervención administrativa y/o técnica. La intervención administrativa y/o técnica es un procedimiento mediante el cual el Ministerio de Salud o las Direcciones Territoriales de Salud, según el caso, en ejercicio de las facultades legales de inspección, vigilancia y control, por motivos de orden público, administrativo y/o técnico, que afecten o puedan afectar en forma grave la adecuada prestación de los servicios de salud, asume en forma transitoria, total o parcial, la gestión administrativa y/o técnica de las entidades a que se refiere el presente Decreto.
