º La garantía constituida por el Fondo podrá reducirse a partir del momento en el cual el patrimonio neto de la entidad financiera a cuyo favor se otorga, sea superior al sesenta por ciento (60%) del capital suscrito. Tal reducción podrá efectuarse en la medida en que dicha entidad registre utilidades netas o reciba nuevos aportes de capital.
