° A más de las palabras "Juntas de Acción Comunal" o de las letras "J. A. C.", la denominación de las entidades cié que trata este Decreto, se conformará con el nombre legal o en su defecto el usual de su territorio, seguido del municipio a que este último pertenezca y del Departamento, Intendencia o Comisarias en el cual dicho municipio esté comprendido. Las Juntas cuyo territorio esté dentro de la capital de la República, a más del nombre de su territorio agregarán la zona y las palabras "Bogotá. D, E". Cuando se trate de Juntas comprendidas en corregimientos intendenciales o comisariales, el nombre de estos últimos suplirá el del municipio.
