Repetición de pruebas. En desarrollo del artículo 52 del Decreto 2337 de 1971, el Oficial o Suboficial que, al finalizar un curso de capacitación o exámenes para ascenso, hubiere perdido hasta dos (2) materias, tendrán derecho a habilitarlas sesenta (60) días después de clausurado el curso, o de haber presentado los exámenes para ascenso.

Parágrafo

Cuando se trate de habilitación de materias del Curso de Estado Mayor, este hecho incapacita al alumno para diplomarse como Oficial de Estado Mayor, cualquiera que sea la nota alcanzada en dicha prueba de competencia.
