Artículo único. El artículo 6.° del Decreto número 1188 de 1906 (1.° de Octubre), por el cual se reglamenta la manera de llevar á cabo las expropiaciones por causa de utilidad pública, queda de la manera siguiente: "Entre dos puntos no se deberá construir más de una vía a través de una misma finca rural."
