º Cuando de la investigación adelantada por un Visitador de la Contraloría resultare que se han cometido otros delitos distintos de los enumerados en el artículo 1º de este de Decreto, conexos, reseñará las características de esos nuevos hechos para que una vez remitido el expediente a las autoridades judiciales competentes, éstas inicien y adelanten las investigaciones a que haya lugar.
