Con cargo al Capítulo 85, artículo 931 del Presupuesto del Ministerio de Justicia, destínase la cantidad de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000.00) para la construcción de la Capilla de Santa Elena, en Ibagué, y auxíliase con una suma igual de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000.00) al Seminario de El Espinal, en el mismo Departamento del Tolima.
