°. Aprehensión y decomiso . Si en el desarrollo de actuaciones de control posterior se encuentran mercancías de que trata el artículo 3° de este decreto, embarcadas con posterioridad a la vigencia del mismo sin el cumplimiento de los requisitos aquí previstos, serán objeto de aprehensión.
