Article 1

º Para El Registro De Las Sociedades De Comercialización Internacional, El Ministerio De Comercio Exterior Deberá Verificar Los Siguientes Requisitos: A) Tener El Carácter De Persona Jurídica Constituidas En Alguna De Las Formas Establecidas En El Código De Comercio; B) Que Tengan Por Objeto Efectuar Operaciones De Comercio Exterior Y, Principalmente, Orientar Sus Actividades Hacia La Promoción Y La Comercialización De Productos Colombianos En Los Mercados Externos

º Para el registro de las Sociedades de Comercialización Internacional, el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior deberá verificar los siguientes requisitos

Tener el carácter de persona jurídica constituidas en alguna de las formas establecidas en el Código de Comercio;

Que tengan por objeto efectuar operaciones de comercio exterior y, principalmente, orientar sus actividades hacia la promoción y la comercialización de productos colombianos en los mercados externos.

Parágrafo

Las Sociedades de Comercialización inscritas ante el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior tendrán la obligación de utilizar en su razón social la expresión " Sociedad de Comercialización Internacional" o las letras " C.I.".
