°. El Gobierno o el Superintendente, procederán conforme a las disposiciones legales vigentes, a designar el personal que ocupará los cargos que se establecen por el presente Decreto. Los empleados que estando al servicio de la Superintendencia de Control de Cambios, fueren incorporados en dichos cargos no requerirán llenar otra formalidad para la posesión que la firma del acta respectiva y el pago del impuesto del timbre correspondiente a la diferencia de remuneración.
