Artículo once. Cuando dos o más interesados propusieren la misma regalía y ésta fuere superior a la ofrecida por los otros postores, todos lo que hayan intervenido en el concurso, podrán mejorar sus propuestas iniciales dentro del término de diez días contado desde la fecha del acto público de apertura de los sobres. Si así no lo hicieren, o si se presentaren nueva coincidencias, se escogerá a la suerte entre las ofertas más altas.
