Administración y articulación de la Ventanilla Única de Inversión. El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo administrará la Ventanilla Única de Inversión. De esta manera, para hacer efectiva la operación, articulación o interoperabilidad, adoptará las medidas que estime necesarias y expedirá las reglamentaciones a las que haya lugar, teniendo en consideración la Política de Gobierno Digital.
