° Las sumas del auxilio decretado por el artículo 7° de la Ley 117 de 1936, se consignarán en la Administración de Hacienda Nacional de Cartagena, entidad que hará los pagos que orden de la Sociedad de Mejoras Públicas, de acuerdo con el presente Decreto; asegurará previamente su manejo, de conformidad con lo que determine la Contraloría General de la República, y rendirá a esta entidad las cuentas de su inversión.
