Ley 2070 de 2020 · POR LA CUAL SE DICTAN MEDIDAS PARA LA REACTIVACIÓN Y FORTALECIMIENTO DEL SECTOR CULTURA, SE CREA EL FONDO PARA LA PROMOCIÓN DEL PATRIMONIO, LA CULTURA, LAS ARTES Y LA CREATIVIDADFONCULTURA y SE DICTAN OTRAS DISPOSICIONES

Las personas naturales o jurídicas interesadas en ser beneficiarias de los recursos de los fondos mixtos de que trata el artículo 63 de la Ley 397 de 1997 o del FONCULTURA de que trata esta Ley, podrán presentar sus iniciativas antes las secretarías de cultura municipales, distritales y departamentales, o las entidades que hagan sus veces, quienes tendrán la obligación de enviarlas al fondo mixto de su respectiva jurisdicción o al FONCULTURA.

Parágrafo 1

El Ministerio de Cultura impartirá los lineamientos requeridos para dar cumplimiento a lo establecido en este artículo.

Parágrafo 2

Las secretarías de cultura o entidades que hagan sus veces, podrán prestar servicios de asesorías y acompañamiento técnico para cualificar y fortalecer la presentación de iniciativas.
