Para el ejercicio de las funciones de carácter permanente se crearán en la Superintendencia los empleos correspondientes, y no podrán celebrarse contratos de prestación de servicios para el desempeño de tales funciones. La Junta podrá autorizar que se contrate por tiempo determinando la ejecución de trabajos eventuales, cuando lo exijan las necesidades urgentes del servicio. CAPITULO V De la adquisición de bienes.
