Delegación entre autoridades ambientales. Las autoridades ambientales podrán delegar la función del seguimiento ambiental de las licencias ambientales y de los planes de manejo ambiental en otras autoridades ambientales mediante la celebración de convenios interadministrativos en el marco de la Ley 489 de 1998 o la norma que la modifique, sustituya o derogue.
