Las infracciones a lo dispuesto en los artículos 26 y 27 de esta Ley serán sancinados sumariamente por el Juez de Menores, con la sola prueba de que se ha incurrido en la infracción, con multas de $ 10 a $ 500, por cada vez , convertibles en arresto, a razón de un día por cada $ 5.

Contra las resoluciones dictadas por el Juez en virtud de este artículo no habrá otro recurso que el de reposición de la providencia.

Tales resoluciones serán comunicadas al Administrador de Hacienda Nacional del respectivo Departamento, para que las haga efectivas y envie al Juzgado el comprobante respectivo.
