Artículo cincuentaicuatro. Creación de nuevas oficinas. La Administración Postal Nacional podrá crear oficinas, cuando las necesidades del servicio lo requieran, la creación de una nueva oficina deberá ser aprobada en todo caso por la Junta Directiva de la Administración Postal Nacional.

Parágrafo

En caso de supresión de oficinas postales, tal supresión tendrá que ser sujeta a la aprobación del Ministerio de Comunicaciones y de la Junta Directiva de la Administración Postal Nacional. CAPITULO CUARTO Monopolio Postal SECCION I Generalidades a cerca del monopolio postal
