LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 4.º De los terrenos adquiridos el producto de la citada emisión se destinarán para zonas de uso público aquellos que sean necesarios, y los terrenos sobrantes podrán ser dados como garantía especifica, de esta emisión de bonos y vendidos por el Distrito en pública subasta. En el remate, y en igualdad de condiciones, se dará preferencia al postor que pague en bonos de Transformación Urbana".
