Artículo Cuarto. El Artículo Décimo del Decreto 291 de 1.963, quedará así: "Por el cual se modifica y adiciona el decreto número 291 de 1.963 (febrero 13)". "ARTICULO DECIMO. Las entidades oficiales de Regulación de precios al determinar los correspondientes a los productos a que se refiere este Decreto, no aceptarán los factores de costo usuales en la promoción comercial de las especialidades de marca registrada, ni tendrán en cuenta porcentajes para gastos de distribución mayoritaria superiores al 15% y de venta al detal superiores al 25%.
