El artículo 32 de la Ley 938 de 2004 tendrá dos nuevos numerales del siguiente tenor:

10.

Dirigir y controlar las actividades y procesos relativos a la contratación administrativa de la entidad del nivel seccional que sean de su competencia.

11.

Las demás funciones que sean asignadas por el Fiscal General, o el Director Nacional Administrativo y Financiero y que guarden relación con la naturaleza de la dependencia.
