El personal de operación telegráfica, telefónica y técnicos que por razón de sus funciones trabajen los domingos y feriados aceptadas por ley, se les compensarán preferentemente en tiempo. En caso contrario, se liquidarán y pagarán a razón del 100% del sueldo básico.
