De la facultad del nominador. El Jefe de la respectiva entidad territorial removerá al Director o Gerente dentro de los diez (10) días hábiles siguientes a la notificación de los resultados de la respectiva evaluación o investigación efectuada por la Junta Directiva o la Entidad competente, previa refrendación de la Subdirección de Gestión de Servicios de Salud del Ministerio de Salud.
