º Para que los damnificados de que trata el Artículo anterior tengan derecho al auxilio decretado, deberán presentar, dentro de los 60 dias siguientes a la publicación de este Decreto en el Diario Oficial, su solicitud ante la Junta creada por el artículo 1º. con excepción de la clase de daños que les fueron causados por el incendio, y del valor de estos, acompañada de los documentos que se determinan en el presente Decreto.
