El que para obtener para sí mismo o para un tercero el valor de un seguro u otro provecho indebido, destruye, dispersa o deteriora, de cualquier manera, cosas que le pertenecen, incurrirá en reclusión por ocho días a ocho meses, y si realizare su propósito, se le aplicarán las disposiciones delArtículo que precede.
