ARTICULO 125 . De oficio, el respectivo superior debe adelantar la investigación por un término de treinta (30) días y una vez realizada, formular la acusación o archivar la investigación, según el caso. El pliego de cargos deberá contener el señalamiento expreso del hecho imputado y de las normas en las cuales esté previsto como falta y se formulará por medio de oficio que se entregará personalmente al acusado.

Parágrafo

Cuando no fuere posible hacer la entrega personal del oficio contentivo del pliego de cargos, se emplazará al acusado por edicto que se fijará durante tres (3) días en la secretaría de la oficina investigadora.
