Los locales de las Cámaras Legislativas dependen directamente de los Presidentes respectivos; no se podrán destinar para otro uso que para las reuniones de las Cámaras, y en receso de ellas estarán a cargo de los respectivos Secretarios para lo relativo al cuidado y vigilancia.
