ARTICULO 12. Programa de Supresión de Empleos. -La supresión de empleos o cargos, en los términos previstos en el artículo anterior, se cumplirá de acuerdo con el programa que apruebe la autoridad competente para ejecutarlas decisiones adoptadas, dentro del plazo de doce (12) meses contado a partir dela fecha de publicación del presente Decreto.
