Reconocimiento de pensiones, bonos pensionales y cuotas partes . Será función del Banco Cafetero en Liquidación, reconocer las pensiones, bonos pensionales y cuotas partes de unos y otros, mientras tal función es asumida por la entidad con la cual se realice la conmutación pensional. Lo anterior sin perjuicio de que el reconocimiento sea asignado a otra entidad determinada por el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
