De la imposición de una medida de seguridad, se levantará acta detallada por triplicado, en la cual consten las circunstancias que han originado la medida y su duración, si es el caso. Será suscrita por el funcionario y las personas que intervengan en la diligencia, dejando constancia de las sanciones en que incurra quien viole la medida impuesta.
