Declaratoria de desierta. Los concursos deberán ser declarados desiertos por la Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil, mediante resolución motivada, cuando no se hubiere inscrito ningún aspirante o ninguno hubiere acreditado los requisitos, cuando ningún concursante hubiere alcanzado el puntaje total aprobatorio del 70%. En estos se convocará de nuevo dentro de los dos (2) meses siguientes, de no darse ninguna de las situaciones previstas en el artículo 1° de este decreto. (Decreto 4080 de 2006, artículo 16)
