º El valor nominal de las acciones representativas del capital garantía se sumará al capital y reservas patrimoniales de la institución financiera nacionalizada, para efectos del cómputo del cupo individual de endeudamiento de que tratan los Decretos 3663 de 1982 y 990 de 1983. Igualmente, el capital garantía representado por las mencionadas acciones se computará para establecer la relación porcentual entre el capital pagado y fondo de reserva legal de una institución financiera y el total de sus obligaciones para con el público .
