Convocatoria . La CNSC adoptará mediante acto administrativo la convocatoria a concurso para la provisión de las vacantes definitivas de las plantas de cargos docentes y de directivos docentes de las zonas rurales, de conformidad con lo establecido en la Sección 2 de este Capítulo. Dicha convocatoria será la norma reguladora de todo el concurso y obliga a todas las partes que intervienen en el mismo.
