Art. 4.° Igualmente cuidará de informar al Poder Ejecutivo, cuáles de las oficinas a que se refiere el presente decreto, omiten indebidamente hacer las remisiones de fondos que so previenen, a fin de compelerlas al cumplimiento de su deber.
