De la suspensión de los términos. La suspensión de los términos en la conciliación extrajudicial se contará a partir del día siguiente a la presentación de la solicitud correspondiente. Los términos se reanudarán cuando concluya el plazo de sesenta (60) días, previsto en el artículo 61 de la Ley 23 de 1991, o cuando sin haber recluido el interesado acredite que acudió ante la jurisdicción de lo contencioso administrativo.
