La Tarjeta Profesional se entregará por intermedio del Tribunal superior del domicilio del solicitante, cuando se tratare de abogados inscritos con anterioridad a al vigencia del presente decreto, caso en el cual se exigirá por el Tribunal respectivo, la presentación del comprobante de consignación o giro a favor del Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Justicia. En tratándose de abogados recibidos con posterioridad a la vigencia de este Decreto, la entrega de la Tarjeta Profesional se hará por conducto del tribunal que decretare la inscripción, previo el lleno de los requisitos legales.
